• Re-writing employee manuals for all departments
• Monitoring auction sites (Ritchie Brothers) for best deals, including making bids/purchases
• Creating asset tracking/maintenance system (Asset Panda)
• Bookkeeping – AR & Account Reconciliation
• Updates to the Percent of Completion Report (Excel) for company’s CPA
• Scheduling materials (metal, concrete, support equipment…) for job sites
• Repairing/Upgrading IT software, hardware (desktop, laptop, cell phones)
