Past Clients:

2022-2024 A remote office manager for a local company transitioning between offices needed short-term assistance with Quickbooks entries/bank reconciliations, filing, and accounts payable.

2019-2021 A local Green Builder advertised for bookkeeping assistance. We setup a Quickbooks online system for him and tracked all his expenses and income for 2 years during the construction of a very special home in Arlington, Texas. All his workers were 1099 vendors, so we tracked those expenses and filed the appropriate 1099 forms at the end of each year.

2017-2019 A local repair shop for freight equipment needed a part-time bookkeeper to invoice his clients, pay his 1099 contractors and track his expenses. Using Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Time-Timesheets and Paypal for 1099 contractor payments, we set up a system for him to accurately track and charge the time and supplies associated with each repair.

2014-2017 A local commercial carport installer needed an Accounts Payable clerk, Freight scheduler to work with brokers and file the IFTA reports, and IT repair person – we provided those services and more.
